You read the label first. Then you want to know if it's fine in a house with a dog and a toddler. Fair. Here's what we can and can't say.
How do I use it?
Drop one tablet in the bottle, fill with cold tap water, and let it fizz until it's fully dissolved before you attach the sprayer. Then spray and wipe. Counters, glass, bathrooms.
What is actually in a DAZZ tablet?
Exactly what's in the panel above: plant-based sodium lauryl sulfate from coconut, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, citric acid, food-grade fragrance and colorant. The same six ingredients are on every pouch, in different amounts for each cleaner.
Is it okay to use around kids and pets?
We don't lean on words like "non-toxic" or "pet-safe" here. We'd rather show you the list. What we can say: DAZZ products are EPA Safer Choice certified, which means the ingredients were reviewed against the program's standards. As with any cleaner, keep tablets and bottles out of reach and follow the label.
Does it actually clean, or is it just gentle?
Both. In independent testing at the TURI Cleaning Laboratory at UMass Lowell, DAZZ outperformed the leading brand in each category it was tested in.
Does it disinfect?
No. DAZZ is a cleaner, not a disinfectant. It's effective at removing most bacteria and viruses from a surface, but it doesn't kill them. If you need to disinfect, DAZZ recommends using hydrogen peroxide after cleaning.
What surfaces is it made for?
It's pH neutral and made for non-porous surfaces, so stick to those. That includes counters like granite, marble and natural stone, glass including tinted windows, stainless steel, and brushed nickel.

How long does a tablet take to dissolve?
It starts fizzing as soon as it hits water. Let it finish completely before you put the sprayer on — the fizz builds pressure in the bottle, and if the sprayer goes on too early it can push liquid back out through the nozzle. A broken tablet works the same: fill halfway, let the foam settle, then top off.
How does the subscription work?
The Collection is a one-time purchase — it's the bottles and your first tablets. Refills can be set to ship on a schedule you choose.
